We schedule several electronic newsletters and eblasts for Sunday nights because our in-house research shows that most people actually catch up on emails on Monday mornings.

After months of few responses, we did our research and saw a number of our readers were opening our emails on Monday mornings.

Switching our delivery time to Sunday night (which we schedule to go out automatically around 12a.m.) proved to be a great decision, as it increased our responses by about 60%.
