One thing I'd venture to point out is that link anchors (inside the same .html page) appear only to be used on two sections. For consistency's sake, I'd think the designer would want to do the menu either with all link anchors or none. She claims that is the way designers are doing websites today. I tried telling her that it takes away my ability to have unique url's for each page and thus more links, etc for marketing and search engine purposes. Not to slam the designer, but is this efficient design in todays market?
