Christian Testimony

Something was wrong with my life. I was seventeen. I had enjoyed a wonderful upbringing in a loving family, attended church, worked a part-time job, made decent grades in school, planned to attend college, played lead guitar in a successful rock band, and was very unhappy. Despite the shiny future ahead of me, I felt a deep sense of hopelessness within me. I wasn’t sure what meaning or purpose my life had. I couldn’t bear living with such sadness every day. What was I to do? I began to pray.
A local Christian minister had made an impression on me once when I visited his church. There was something very different about this man that caught my attention. I could tell that he loved people. He went around the community helping the sick, poor, troubled or anyone with a need. He loved people with what seemed like a superhuman love. I wanted to get to the source of this love.
He took the time to sit down with me and answer all my questions about God from the scriptures. He explained that Jesus Christ was a real person sent from God to take the punishment for my sins and that He was actually alive today. I received Him into my life and discovered that He would literally enter me and live in me, my body being a temple for his Spirit. I had just begun a relationship with the Creator of the universe.
The fact that I had believed the words of Jesus and put them into practice made all the difference imaginable. My life took on purpose and depth as I experienced the Savior through faith. Many years of discovery followed. I witnessed powerful miracles as well as painful trials as a Christian. I remain convinced that Jesus Christ was raised from the dead and is still alive today.

Praise the Lord. Jesus is alive. He will cleanse us with his precious blood. I was (and still) living in sin. All the sins that are listed in the Bible, I have committed. Frankly there are so many sins that I committed that I can’t even remember (or even bother to remember them). However, in my inner-self, I face a deep burden of carrying those sins. They seem to be too heavy. I am praying to God to reveal to me every day all the sins that I have committed. Jesus is so faithful. He did reveal to me the unconfessed sin each time I prayed. I am listing all my sins as He reminds me each time and earnestly confessing them to the Lord. Help me to pray that the Lord will continue to reveal all the sins to me so that I can pray for forgiveness, deliverance and repentence. He will cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

I 2 have enjoyed my relationship knowing that Jesus Christ is real, died for me and my life has been filled with many sorrows and joys as well. However, He said in His Word, “in this world you will have trouble, but be of good cheer for I have overcome”. Yep, that gets me through it all so many times and to know he lives in my heart, His spirit indwells me, I don’t have to be perfect to have him in my life, just repentent. I meet so many folks who blame so many ppl, life, God, everyone for the sad state of their lives. This is a sad world but we have a God who promised to “never leave us or forsake us” and also gave us a promise of eternal life. Now, for all u other religions, I respect your right to believe as u choose, you respect my right to not only believe but know what I know, mine is with me, inside of me, not in heaven, not dead, but lives inside of me and that is why so many of us christians are so fanatical and just can’t help ourselves!!!! I mean, if u had it, you’d know:D Sorry if it offended u, but I make no apologies for the fact….HE LIVES…WOOOOO HOOOO!

Praise the Lord.
I was a regular visitor of our church and was thinking like a perfect man.Later I realized without having “Jesus Christ”in my life I am an empty vessel.I started knowing more about him by his words. Finally I realized the truth, Jesus Christ came to this world to save me and he died on the cross and resurrected from dead on the third day and living in heaven. I realized I am a sinner; I repented; accepted Jesus Christ as my personal Lord and Savior, baptized and I am saved.
The peace and true love what i am enjoying is only due to Jesus in my life.I had gone through so many trails and tribulations but no one there to console me except my Jesus Christ.
His words are strengthening me Do not be afraid I am with you, I will not forsake you or leave you alone.
This my testimony and Jesus you are my Lord and redeemer.

Awesome testimony. Everyone who knows the Jesus of the Bible has a worthy story to share. It’s hard to get people to sit down and write up their stories, but if everyone did it, more people would be reached with Jesus’ amazing words of life.

I m a Muslim and as a Muslim i belive in Prophet Jesus(P.B.U.H).According to my religion he(P.B.U.H) is is still alive today n will come back for us.He is a pious man but not the son of God because in bible its nowhere written a all where Jesus(P.B.U.H) accepted to be the son of God.He was sent for the people of that era.God has altogether sent 124000 Prophets on earth to guide us but for this Era as HE mentioned in Quran HE send Prophet Muhammad(P.B.U.H)and he(P.B.U.H) is the last Prophet(P.B.U.H) of all and has brought us the best book The words of GOD “HOLY QURAN” these r only n only the words of GOD n no 1 else.Jesus(P.B.U.H) belive in Prophet Muhammad(P.B.U.H) himself 2.God never liked if anyone consider any1 else god accept HIM.If u really want to read n get info abt Islam u should go on a website ilovezakirnaik.com God hav send us on this earth 4 some reasons n some tests which we still hav to pass to get a place in heaven.U r not allowed to commite sins n do watever u like to n still get place in heaven.This earth is created 4 some reason n the reason behind the creation is to obey the laws of God.Think about it!
