ashok, it looks like your site is well spidered. You have a very large number of pages indexed by Google.

Spidering usually isn't a problem with WordPress. There is spidering and there is ranking. Perhaps looking at what keywords your important pages are targeting, then tweaking them and doing some link building to them is the next step.

Okay. I'm reading over this advice and really want to hear more about point 7 - as problematic as my site is, I think my tags and categories for the poetry articles I have, at least, are just right. The post titles I'm comfortable with.

Now the issue is to be crawled, I think. I'm not sure. I could go onto Google Blogsearch, find some like-minded blogs on the same topic, say "hey blah blah ur so kewl hey check out dis link" and drop my link, but I'm suspicious that links from blogs alone, created by the same IP, probably aren't going to bring the spiders in.

Great post! I agree these are important things to consider. It seems that the Goog keeps placing more and more relevance on inbound links.

I notice that Google page ranking on my Mac is different to my PC. Why is this and does a web designer need to take this into account when doing the tags for a website ?
Regards
